2010 Renault electric: Renault Twizy EZ Concept
By luanpa in Renault | January 12, 2010 | (0) CommentsRenault unveils Twizy ZE Concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show recently. Renault Twizy ZE Concept is a 2-seater electric car with a turning circle of just three metres and a footprint barely larger than that of a scooter.
Renault Twizy ZE Concept is slender due to the 1+1 configuration even as it has a four-wheel chassis. Many particularly applauded the wraparound bodywork that gives first-class protection for both the driver and the passenger. Urban mobility is an issue that the Twizy is designed exclusively for. It will be the third concept to arrive at showrooms when it goes on sale late 2011. Instead, the only visible movement is that of the hub caps. Twizy Z.E. sounds with a dimension of 2.30m in length, 1.47m height, and just 1.13m wide.
Renault Twizy ZE Concept is powered by a 15kW (20hp) electric motor. which roars with a range of 60 miles and rages out with a maximum speed of 46mph.The wheels are 13-inch with the Kerb weight of 420 kg.Twizy Z.E. Concept develops 70Nm of torque with a top speed of 75kph and accelerates at a similar rate to a 125cc bike.
