2011 Dodge Avenger

Chrysler has released the pictures and details of Dodge Avenger 2011 model. It is a full-line makeover, 2011 Dodge Avenger features a modified front fascia, a revised grille, and new taillights.

Inside, the cabin of 2011 Dodge Avenger  is completely redesigned with a new dashboard, a revised center stack, and more comfortable seats. Other tweaks include a new instrument cluster, a sporty steering wheel, and “soft-touch” armrests.

 Chrysler has fitted a recalibrated version of its 2.4-liter inline-four, mated to a new six-speed automatic transmission. Of course, the automaker’s new 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 is available, pumping out 283 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque in this application, which strikes us as a very healthy amount for this front-driver.

To improve handling, engineers “retuned or redesigned virtually every part of the suspension.” More specifically, the ride height has been reduced (12mm front / 6mm rear), the track has been increased, and stickier tires have been fitted.
