The Tesla Roadster 2.5 features improved interior sound reduction techniques, including new front fender liner material, make the cabin even quieter.Improvements in design and technology, including a new front fascia, rear diffuser, improved seat comfort, sound dampening and an optional large touch screen navigation system with back-up camera.
It is currently the only automaker in the US that builds and sells highway-capable EVs in serial production.The Tesla Roadster accelerates faster than most sports cars yet produces no emissions.Tesla’s goal is to produce increasingly affordable electric cars to mainstream buyers – relentlessly driving down the cost of EVs.
Tesla has now sold more than 1,200 Roadsters to buyers in 23 countries.It claims the cars have logged a total of more than 5 million miles.
At the moment it doesn’t look like the electric powerplant will change, and as yet there are no reports on pricing.
