2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is a few nifty new a 4×4 truck, includes a front grille-mounted camera. I think it is a far more radical suspension than the base truck.

2012 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is 7 inches wider than a base F-150, it got a host of upgrades including a front off-road camera and a Torsen front differential.

The new front different is designed to increase grip in the front to help pull the truck up steep grades and over obstacles. It’ll also help the Raptor claw through the gravel sand at a pretty serious pace. The wider stance also gives the truck an aggressive appearance.

The 145-inch-wheelbase SuperCrew adds to the extensive list of F-150 SVT Raptor features. While contributing additional space and flexibility for the customer, the SuperCrew still delivers outstanding performance as well.

Ford’s non-cosmetic tinkering with the Raptor stops at two: a new Torsen front differential for better grip and the front camera, which can be turned on at speeds below 15 mph and uses the navigation screen to show you your front approach angle in place of a human spotter.

Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is powered by a 5.4 liter Triton V8 base engine, which produces 411 horsepower and 434 lb.-ft. of torque, makes F-150 SVT Raptor the most powerful half-ton pickup on the market.

The customer can get the truck as a four-door SuperCrew version, and in a new Ingot Silver color. Unlike some previous high-performance trucks, the Raptor maintains full usefulness with four-wheel-drive, a foot of suspension travel, and 8,000 pounds of towing capability.
