2012 Nissan GT-R Set For North American Debut at Los Angeles Auto Show in November.The Japanese automaker has just released details and specs referring to the 2012 Nissan GT-R which will initially go on sale on the company’s home market starting from November 17th.

Judging from the hidden body parts, the 2012 Nissan GT-R facelift will have newly designed front intakes, or maybe LED daytime running lights.It’s front grille has also been re-designed and the car shows a new front apron.The rear of the 2012 Nissan GT-R facelift shows a new bumper and a restyled integrated diffuser.

As for the interior, the GT-R will get a newly shaped instrument panel pad and navigation system display finisher, real carbon center cluster finisher and matte black finished switches.The big news of this year is the Egoist edition.Each unit will be unique, as customers will be able to choose from a combination of 20 interior colors, four upper area interior colors and 10 lower area interior colors.The seats are an exclusive quilted design with single and double stitching combined in a reticular pattern.

The power of the 2012 Nissan GT-R facelift will still come from the 3.8-litre V6 twin-turbo engine and the car will be fitted with an all-wheel-drive system.The engine’s output has been increased to an impressive 530 HP at 6,400rpm and a maximum torque of 612Nm delivered from 3,200 to 6,000 rpm.In the same time, fuel consumption has been improved to 8.5km/L.

On the US market the new GT-R will go on sale in February 2011.

  2. So from tomorrow the selling of Nissan GT-R will be started. That’s fine news and thank you so much for this updated news. But currently I’ve no such planning to buy the GT-R.
