The eAssist is an updated mild-hybrid system for midsize sedan models of General Motors. The eAssist system is paired with 2012 Buick LaCrosse.

The 2012 Buick LaCrosse is a sharp-looking midsize sedan, Buick made a point of not changing 98 percent of the car’s exterior design in fitting it with the eAssist package. The LaCrosse’s large dimensions and wheel wells designed to properly house 19 -inchers at all four corners just make this eAssist-specific.

But what is the eAssist? The eAssist system enhances fuel mileage by “assisting” the gasoline engine, either by shutting down the engine when the car comes to a stop or cutting off the fuel supply when cruising or decelerating. The motor-generator continues spinning along with the engine to provide immediate and smooth take-off power when the driver presses on the accelerator.

This new BAS design has noteworthy fuel economy gains compared to the earlier system, but neither come close to fuel mileage delivered by a “full hybrid” operation. However, the eAssist is more complex and performs better than the “micro hybrid”stop-start systems deployed in the Porsche’s 2011 Cayenne and Panamera models. Buick’s eAssist is closer in function and fuel economy to the “mild hybrid” systems used in the Honda Insight and BMW ActiveHybrid 7.

Though the officially classified as a mid-size car, dimensionally the LaCrosse is closer to a large sedan. The LaCrosse never cuts costs with the choice of cabin materials. Even at night, drivers are rewarded with an ice blue ambient lighting package.

2012 Buick LaCrosse is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, produces a perfectly adequate 182 horsepower and 172 pound-feet of torque. The o-60 MPH time is about 2.6 seconds. Buick will offer the LaCrosse with eAssist as a no-cost option on the base car for the next model year; meaning buyers can select this setup or the V6 for the same price.

The all-new 2012 Buick Verano compact luxury sedan, the brand’s third new model in the past two years and first in the compact luxury segment, makes its debut at the 2011 North American International Auto Show.

Stateside, buyers will find GM’s 2.4-liter I-4 as standard equipment, which drives the front wheels through a six-speed automatic transmission.GM rates the 2.4 at 177 horsepower and 170 pound-feet of torque, which reportedly propels it from 0-60 mph in eight seconds flat, and allows the car to achieve an estimated EPA highway rating of 31 mpg. Those seeking more power, however, need to wait a little longer — GM’s turbocharged 2.0-liter I-4 will be available shortly after launch, and may offer buyers up to 250 horsepower.

New leather interior colors (ebony, cashmere, Choccachino) are combined with smaller tolerances between the center stack components (1mm) and panel-to-door gaps (5mm).There’s also a heated steering wheel and heated seats, which are linked to the Verano’s remote-start feature and are automatically activated in temperatures below 45 degrees Fahrenheit.Other interior features include 10 standard airbags, push-button start, dual-zone climate controls and an electronic parking brake.

Verano has a strong, unitized body structure that incorporates 60-percent high-strength steel in key areas to enhance strength and crash protection.Safety development included testing at GM’s rollover test facility.

“Verano expands our lineup, continues Buick’s momentum and gives us a great opportunity to attract a new generation of customers with a product that delivers on their expectations for design, performance and technology,” said John Schwegman, vice president of Buick marketing.”It is a smart choice that delivers unexpected luxury in a compact sedan – and it will compete head-to-head with competitors from Audi and Lexus.”

Specific content packages and pricing information hasn’t been released quite yet, but the Verano is expected to start at $20,900 and $21,500, when it arrives at dealers in the fourth quarter of 2011.

2011 Buick Regal CXL is breathtaking American cars. It has a sleek drop-dead-sexy exterior design and a smart comfortable interior, the Buick Regal CXL is not a step in the right direction.

The 2011 Buick Regal CXL is in a class amongst Acura TSX, Audi A4, Hyundai Genesis, Lexus IS or Volkswagen CC. The Regal is even more intriguing than some of the competitors because of its considerably more reasonable pricing. The Buick Regal CXL has all the features you crave in a luxury vehicle but at a much more affordable price.

The Buick Regal CXL is a good-looking entry-luxury sedan with smart handling and a full-featured infotainment system. Hard-drive-based navigation; DVD playback with 5.1 surround; XM satellite radio, weather, and traffic; iPod and MP3 playback; and an innovative capability to pause live radio broadcasts for up to 20 minutes round out a solid cabin tech package.

2011 Buick Regal CXL is powered by a 2.0-liter inline-four engine, is plenty adequate, producing 220 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. But the mill is saddled with 3773 pounds of car, which is blindingly apparent in the Regal’s best quarter mile run, a 15.7-second pass at 92.8 mph.

The cabin blew me away. It feels more like a cockpit. The seats are gorgeous, and you literally melt into them like butter on a biscuit.

2011 Buick GL8 minivan China Edition will be released to the world on November 28, 2010. This business concept has been a strong inspiration for the minivan.

The next-generation Buick GL8 will be produceed by Shanghai GM. The pictures reveal that the 2011 Buick GL8 looks impressive, with a huge grille putting the finishing touches on the dramatic styling. the new van is almost a carbon copy of the Buick Business Concept. There are also bi-xenon headlights and chrome accents adding to the look.

The interior has wood trim that works its way around the iDrive-like controller, large LCD display, and an interesting dash-mounted shifter. It appears to have been stripped of the fancy electroluminescent dashboard and the wild LED headlamps, the majority of the design — including the odd step-down character line borrowed from Opel and Honda.

Buick has said two engine options will be available – a 2.4-liter Ecotec and a 3.0-liter V6. Although no official specifications have been revealed, it can be safely assumed that the four-cylinder will produce 182 hp (136 kW / 185 PS) and 172 lb-ft (233 Nm), while the V6 gives 255 hp (190 kW / 259 PS) and 211 lb-ft (286 Nm) of torque.

General Motors will debut the Buick Regal GS concept at 2010 Detroit Auto Show. It has been approved for production, and the production version of the Regal GS will make its debut at a consumer event called Regal Remix in Miami on November 4, 2010.

The Exterior and interior of Buick Regal GS cues include two additional vertical front air intakes; large, forged aluminum 20-inch wheels and performance tires; a racing-inspired sport steering wheel and metal pedals. The Regal GS exterior is distinguished by vertical air inlets in the front fascia, as well as unique rocker panels, an integrated rear spoiler, dual exhaust outlets, Olympic White paint and satin metallic accents.

The Buick Regal GS Concept is equiped with a 2.0 Liter Ecotec turbo four with direct injection technology delivering a total of 255 HP and 295 lb-ft of torque, quite a bit more then before, a six-speed manual transmission and an advanced, adaptive all-wheel-drive system. The high-performance drivetrain is expected to enable the Regal GS to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in less than 6 seconds. This performance is complemented by a four-wheel-independent suspension, with a unique High Performance Strut design in front.

The Regal GS is also equipped with Interactive Drive Control System (IDCS) chassis technology.

PRESS RELEASE:

Buick Business Concept Vehicle Unveiled in Shanghai

·Embodies Buick’s New Global Design Language in an MPV
·Leading MPV Trend in China, Designed for China’s Business Elite

SHANGHAI, April 20, 2009 – The Buick Business Concept, a new concept vehicle designed to showcase Buick’s future vision of “business class on the road,” made its global debut today at Auto Shanghai 2009.

The multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) was developed in China by the Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center (PATAC), a design and engineering joint venture between General Motors and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC), with global design input.

The Business Concept Vehicle captures the essence of the Buick form language in a thoroughly elegant and expressive design, with its taut surfaces, double sweep spear belt line, strong front and rear identities and dynamic presence.

“The Business Concept Vehicle has a grand presence and makes a strong statement when it pulls up to the front of any establishment,” said Ed Welburn, GM Vice President of Global Design. “The Chinese market and business person have some unique requirements. Our team has responded with an elegant solution to their business and personal needs.”

Classic Influences in Modern Design

According to Cao Min, PATAC Concept Car Chief Designer, the design team set out to create a modern global design for Buick, yet include a subtle Chinese essence and influence. To achieve this balance, they sought to draw from their heritage outside the automotive industry – from classic shapes to arts and ancient relics.

The Business Concept Vehicle’s dynamic exterior surfaces and “yin and yang” interior tones are drawn from diverse inspirations including the 2008 Buick Riviera concept car, Chinese artifacts and modern electronic icons. The vehicle, inside and out, communicates an orderly elegance that transcends cultural boundaries and conveys the tranquility and power of Buick.

Exterior Design – A Sense of Presence and Buick Essence

To establish their design direction, PATAC designers took the global Buick design vocabulary of sculpturally beautiful and dynamic forms established by the Riviera concept car and successfully extended it to a tall, one-box architecture.

The Business Concept Vehicle develops the Buick form language further and incorporates elements of Chinese culture and artistic influences into the details. It takes the Buick design treatment to a new level of sophisticated boldness.

The famous Buick waterfall grille takes on a bolder treatment. Intricate detailing gives it an even more prominent look. The backlit Buick tri-shield logo leads into the distinctive mid-hood crease prevalent in classic Buicks and consistent across the new Buick line today.

The prominent LED headlamps show influences of popular Chinese liuli glass through three-dimensional transparent and multifaceted surfaces. Liuli is a Chinese crystal sculpture art form that incorporates cultural and modern references. It has become a popular symbol of modern Chinese prosperity.

The elongated, jewel-like headlamps are connected to the body shoulder line through a strong chrome accent that flows the length of the vehicle from the hood to the body sides, accentuating a strong double sweep spear design until it finally comes to rest wrapped around the taillights. This is the most distinctive design element of the Business Concept Vehicle, as it offers a modern approach to the classic Buick double sweep spear. Familiar Buick portholes are gracefully integrated into the chrome strip extending from the headlamps.

This distinctive double sweep spear shape not only provides expressive dynamism to the vehicle profile, it is also functionally important. It defines the window line from the body sides and incorporates the rail guides for the power sliding doors. Additionally, it lowers the rear passenger sightline and adds significant shoulder room to the rear compartment.

“This vehicle was inspired by the grace and gesture of great Buicks. PATAC designers have cleverly incorporated other design cues from traditional Chinese art, such as applying a huiwen motif on the turn signals and fog lamps,” Cao Min said.

The Zitan Purple exterior color was chosen to elicit the right level of attention and respect. The color is found in rare zitan wood used for sculptures and fine Chinese furniture. This deep burnt-purple color perfectly highlights the concept’s grandeur.

Power sliding doors with no B-pillar were selected for their ability to showcase an expansive view of the interior and ease of entrance and egress.

The Business Concept Vehicle sits on 20-inch, 9-spoke forged aluminum wheels, with a polished mirror finish, and low-profile tires. The outside mirrors incorporate turn signals with the huiwen motif.

Interior Design – Functionality and Soothing Serenity

Serenity and advanced functionality come to mind when entering the vehicle. The use of deep burgundy suede and subtle creams, representing earth and wood themes, are conveyed through high-quality leather bucket seats, plush vehicle carpet and a luxurious padded steering wheel. Completing the tranquil feel is a roof comprised of two full-length sunroofs that offer a celestial connection for occupants.

“Through deep burgundy suede carpet, high-quality leather interior decoration with liuli and soft, ice blue ambient lighting, we wanted to create a mobile VIP lounge for passengers,” Cao Min said.

Interior trim and features befitting Buick prestige abound such as a power central console with a deployable tablet for writing or to hold a laptop computer. The console can be moved up and down the two rows of rear seats. The second row of power captain’s chairs slide on hidden rails and swivel 225 degrees, enabling them to be adjusted to an infinite combination of orientations. Traditional huiwen patterns are embroidered onto the seats and seat backs, bringing harmony to the entire design theme.

The three-dimensional instrument cluster reaches across the entire width of the front panel and features a multi-layer information display. The instrument cluster design reflects the liuli art influence but is utterly modern in design. It is complemented by a central console with touch pad controls on either side of a cylinder-shaped roller mouse. A large LED display crowns the central console. Once again, the huiwen motif shows up as details on the wings of the instrument panel.

The OnStar security telematics feature is easily accessible on the rearview mirror, with three prominently yet tastefully displayed call buttons.

“The design of the vehicle inherits Buick’s vision for business class on the road, creating a sense that space means possibility,” Cao Min said.

Next-Generation GM Hybrid System

PATAC designed the Buick Business Concept Vehicle to accommodate the next-generation GM Hybrid System, which will be introduced in China in the near future.

The next-generation GM Hybrid System will build upon the successful belt-alternator-starter hybrid technology currently available in the Buick LaCrosse Eco-Hybrid. An advanced lithium-ion battery will help make the next-generation GM Hybrid System more powerful than the current system, improving fuel economy of vehicles with this system by up to 20 percent, depending on engine and vehicle application.

The next-generation GM Hybrid System helps optimize fuel efficiency and reduce emissions by:

· Turning the engine off at idle
· Offering brief electric-only propulsion
· Using a more powerful electric motor to enhance engine efficiency
· Extending fuel cutoff during deceleration
· Extending regenerative braking to recapture more energy
· Performing intelligent hybrid battery charging

“Developing and launching the Business Concept Vehicle in China underscores the diversity, strength and depth of GM’s global design network,” Welburn said. “It also reflects PATAC’s growing role within the GM design family and China’s significance as the world’s largest Buick market.”

The Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center Co., Ltd. (PATAC), founded on June 12,1997, is the first Sino-foreign automotive engineering and design joint venture between General Motors and SAIC in China. Since its establishment 12 years ago, with the vision of becoming a domestically leading and internationally competitive automotive design and development company, PATAC has represented the perfect combination of GM’s advanced technology and management expertise with SAIC’s insight and experience in the China market.

General Motors Corp. (NYSE: GM), one of the world’s largest automakers, was founded in 1908, and today manufactures cars and trucks in 34 countries. With its global headquarters in Detroit, GM employs 243,000 people in every major region of the world, and sells and services vehicles in some 140 countries. In 2008, GM sold 8.35 million cars and trucks globally under the following brands: Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC, GM Daewoo, Holden, Hummer, Opel, Pontiac, Saab, Saturn, Vauxhall and Wuling. GM’s largest national market is the United States, followed by China, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Canada, Russia and Germany. GM’s OnStar subsidiary is the industry leader in vehicle safety, security and information services. More information on GM can be found at www.gm.com.

Buick unveiled its all-new 2011 Buick Regal sedan at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The new Regal has been on sale in China for several months, It is chinese is “君威”. 2011 Buick Regal goes on sale in North America in early spring, initially in 2.4-liter form. According to the 2011 Buick regal official the base price is about $33,095.

2011 Buick Regal is Buick’s new mid-sized sedan entry. The 2011 version of Buick regal shares elements of its basic design with the European-market Opel Insignia. Initial Regals will come in a single CXL trim level, with more versions due in the 2012 model year. it is riding on the LaCrosse’s Epsilon II platform, but on the 107.8-inch wheelbase (minus 3.9 inches versus the LaCrosse). It’s 6.8 inches shorter, at 192 inches, and 0.8 inches lower, at 58.4 inches.

2011 buick regal engine view

The base engine is the 2.4-liter normally aspirated unit, among other models. With a six-speed automatic transmission, the Regal should hit 30+ mpg on the highway. The optional unit will be a 220-hp version of the 2.0-liter turbo, but that powertrain likely won’t come on-line right away. There will be two powertrains for the U.S.: a direct-injected, 2.4-liter four-cylinder making 182 hp and 172 lb-ft of torque, and a turbocharged 2.0-liter direct-injection four that produces 220 hp and 258 lb-ft. Both engines come with standard six-speed automatic transmissions—the 2.0-liter’s is a GM design; the 2.4’s is sourced from Aisin—although the turbo will be offered with a six-speed manual some time after launch. A Buick with a manual tranny? It seems as incongruous as a talking lion, but since the prime competition (TSX) has a stick, why not? Buick executives have no idea of the take rate, by the way, citing a wait-and-see approach. The automaker estimates that the 2.4 will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in the mid-eight-second bracket, and we reckon the turbo will run to 60 in the low sevens, comparable with the TSX.

The Buick Bengal is a Concept car roadster designed and built by Buick. It was first shown to the public at the 2001 North American International Auto in Detroit, Michigan.

The Buick Bengal was an attempt to rejuvenate the Buick line, and make it seem more appealing to younger people. It was powered by a supercharged 3.4L V6, which was mated to a six speed automatic transmission. The transmission was mounted ahead of the engine, to allow a more forward placement of the front wheels to improve handling.

Though a 2 seat roadster in general design, the rear decklid can be lifted to reveal two extra seats. One of the most desirable features of the Bengal is its voice activated controls. The car is able to distinguish over 100 commands given to it by voice, which can operate various things from the headlights, windshield wipers, and convertible top, to the heater, navigation system, seat adjustments, and cruise control. The system was named Quiet Servant and it was developed by Visteon Corporation. The dashboard is free of traditional gauges, everything instead is displayed on demand on a single flat panel screen.

In 2001 Buick claimed they wanted to put the Bengal into production, but plans were shelved until 2004 when they revealed the Veliteconcept, which is a more realistic roadster design.

The Buick Enclave is a luxury crossover SUV segment that has earned Buick some accolades. According to the Buick official the Buick Enclave price is about $35,215.

According to the Buick official , 2010 Buick Enclave comes in two trims and six color; the CX and the CXL and both feature a contemporary design while still offering trademark styling cues associated with Buicks of the past. Both trims are available with a front-wheel drive (FWD) or an all-wheel drive (AWD) configuration. The interior features two front bucket seats and two different seating configurations for the second and third row seats accommodating a maximum of eight passengers.

Inside, the 2010 Buick Enclave feels genuinely first-class, with a design reportedly inspired by private jet cabins, with a gently curving dash, rich-looking wood-grain inlays and soft, double-stitched leather. Adding interest are a Tiffany-style analog clock and aqua blue instrumentation. With such roomy accommodations, most will probably overlook a few lower-quality trim choices and some minor, overly complicated controls. Access to the third row is excellent, with second-row seats that tilt and slide out of the way, and there are a useful 19 cubic feet of space behind the upright third-row seat.

In fact, Buick Enclave is A full-size crossover SUV. It is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 paired engine. The engine with 288 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. six-speed automatic transmission, and optional all-wheel drive.

Buick Centieme concept is a luxury SUV by Buick. It was built by Buick for the company’s 100th anniversery to tour the 2003 auto show circuit. It is a four door Centieme seats six in three rows of two seat each SUV.

Buick Centieme concept is a crossover vehicle, but it has best features. The exterior designer was made by Bertone, it could make for an impressive premium people-mover. Seating is for six in three rows, Chrysler Pacifica-like, but nicer. The third-row seats fold flat at the touch of a button. a goal was to go further than the Buick Rendezvous (a vehicle, incidentally, which has brought a lot of non-Buick owners into the showroom). While the Rendezvous is visually SUV-like, the Centieme is more station-wagon like (think of the Nissan Murano, for example). Unlikely to make production are a bunch of concept-exclusive features, such as the woven-leather floor and 22-inch wheels, but in most other aspects, the Centieme is entirely buildable.

Buick Centieme concept is powered by a twin-turbo 3.6-liter V-6 engine With 400 horsepower. that was enough to tease us. Weighing in at just under 4000 pounds, the Centieme was reasonably light on its feet. The up-high seating position felt right, and we can see this as a versatile daily driver. all four wheels though a Versatrak system, it has modern credentials and maintains an unmistakable Buick presence.

The Buick Centieme is family transportation with American style, drama and security. It is a fitting vehicle to celebrate a century of Buick heritage while fulfilling contemporary values. Sleek, romantic lines accentuate full sculptural forms, and shroud necessary practicality to create a preview of future Buick designs.

Buick Velite is a four-seat convertible that envelops its passengers in a rich, elegant environment while forging new ground in the exclusive territory of expressive, upscale rear-drive mid-size automobiles.

Buick Velite is a four-seat convertible that envelops its passengers in a rich, elegant environment while forging new ground in the exclusive territory of expressive, upscale rear-drive mid-size automobiles.

The Buick Velite is the first American demonstration of GM’s all-new Zeta global vehicle architecture, featuring a premium rear-wheel-drive chassis. Buick unveiled the Velite concept at the New York Auto Show.

Named for an elite class of quick-moving soldiers in Napoleon’s army, the Velite was designed at GM’s Advanced Studio in Warren, Mich. and assembled at renowned coachbuilder Stile Bertone’s studio in Italy. Its sister car, the Opel Insignia, debuted the Zeta architecture at the Frankfurt International Auto Show last year.

Contemporary design is reflected in the Velite’s passenger compartment, which uses sumptuous materials and the warm glow of indirect lighting to harmonize with the vehicle’s exterior design voice. It’s a tangible expression of a jazz lounge atmosphere, including an inviting rear seat that wraps around the interior like a comfortable lounge loveseat. Rear HVAC controls allow rear-seat passengers to adjust the climate to suit their moods.

Subdued lighting radiates a warm glow throughout the cabin, and is complemented by leather of three shades: Bronze Pearl, Iceberg Blue, and Woven Tan. The look of Gold Leaf Lacquer, in place of wood, is a statement of richness in many Asian cultures; it accents the interior, including the door handles and shift knob. All seating is leather-covered and the materials used throughout the interior were selected for their reassuring tactile feel.

The Buick Velite’s warm interior lighting glows from the backs of instrument panel controls and gauges. The subdued look includes a panel over the XM Satellite Radio and OnStar controls, allowing a smooth, uninterrupted appearance of the dashboard and center console.

Power to move the Buick Velite comes from Buick’s experimental twin-turbocharged, intercooled global V-6 engine. Four hundred horsepower and 400 lb.-ft. of torque are derived from its DOHC design and 3.6-liter displacement. The engine features fuel-saving variable valve timing technology, which is available on some of GM’s four-, five-, six- and eight-cylinder engines. Through the use of variable engine valve timing, valve lift and duration is continuously varied to improve fuel economy, horsepower and torque, while reducing emissions.

The V-6 is backed by a Hydra-Matic 6L80-E six-speed, rear-wheel-drive automatic transmission equipped with manual tap-shift gear selection. A pair of large, oval exhaust outlets provides an aural reminder that performance is very much a part of the vehicle’s character.

“The strength of the powertrain is the necessary complement to the Velite’s powerful design statement,” said Tom Peters, Buick Velite’s chief designer. “It’s premium performance to go with a contemporary, muscular presence.”

Although a concept, the Velite affirms GM’s vision for Buick as a global manufacturer of premium, elegant vehicles. It shows the exciting possibilities of the all-new Zeta vehicle architecture and an expressive new direction for Buick.

“There’s an edge to the vehicle, more than is reflected in its sculpted bodywork,” said Peters. “It’s a forward-looking vehicle that not only stands for Buick in America, but how American style, performance and prestige resonates in a contemporary, global form.”

Buick Invicta a four-door midsize concept car, which first debut at Auto China 2008 in Beijing. Buick Invicta concept is a near-production follow-up to the Buick Riviera concept. Buick Intended as Buick’s first global design for international markets, the Invicta follows in the footsteps of Mercedes’ CLS with a 4-door sedan with a coupe-like roofline.

Buick Invicta is powered by Buick’s first direct injection turbocharged engine, a four-cylinder powerplant that produces 250 horsepower (186 kW) . The engine is matched with a six-speed automatic transmission for maximum fuel efficiency. a 2.0-liter DOHC generating 250 horsepower and 220 pound-feet of torque. It is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.

Buick Invicta shares the ambient lighting of the Riviera in what is designed to be a calm, quiet, and sumptuous cabin boosting almost 100 cubic feet of space. Riding in it “will lower your blood pressure,” said North American interior designer Dave Lyon. Because Chinese owners tend to ride in the backseat, the rear is spacious and opulent—traits that translate well in the U.S., as well, Lyon said. He hinted that the production car would undergo regional tweaks in recognition of different needs in China and North America—Buick’s two biggest markets. GM sold 332,000 Buicks in China in 2007, up nine percent.

GM points out that the word is Latin for “invincible,” which is an apt description of the appeal of the Buick brand in China. Officials are not saying whether the Invicta name will follow the car to market.

Buick debuted a concept car coupe at the 2007 Shanghai Motor Show, the name of this car is Riviera. The Buick Riviera is an automobile produced by Buick in the United States from the 1963 to 1999 model years, with 1,127,261 produced. Throughout most of its history, the Buick Riviera was the high technology test bed for General Motors.

The Buick Riviera concept design is structured around the Buick tri-shield logo, sitting proudly on a trihedral waterfall grille that is formed by three intersecting planes. This takes the traditional Buick treatment to a new level of sophisticated boldness. It is the gull-wing, front-wheel-drive. The Buick Riviera is based on GM’s midsize Epsilon platform Riviera concept coupe was developed with global design input by the Pan Asia Technical Automotive Center .
