Volkswagon Electric E-Bugster like Beetle

International Auto Show in Detroit.
VW E-Bugster concept features a lower roofline, shallow windows and a wide, flat windshield. The E-Bugster utilizes LED Daytime Running Lights, just like the production Beetle, except that here they form a distinctive graphic on either side of the lower air intake in the front bumper. This LED graphic is mirrored by reflectors in the rear bumper. It roads a 20-inch wheels.
Volkswagon Electric E-Bugster is equiped with an electric motor, producing 84kW of power and 270Nm of torque. Electricity is sent from a 315kg lithium-ion battery mounted in the rear of the concept. Its full-charge range is approximately 160km. Instead of a tachometer, an energy consumption display fluctuates in accord with vehicle acceleration. Also included are a driving range indicator, a charge-state display, and a display of battery regeneration intensity.
According to the official the production plan to open roads in the next few years, and will be launch in the next few years and tougher emission rules in the U.S. and Europe.
